Warranty Limitations
Brand New Apple Devices
- All brand new Apple devices purchased through ASCK are covered by a 1-year warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
- Physical damage or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
Ex UK Apple Devices
- Ex UK Apple devices come with a 3-month warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
- Physical damage or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
Refurbished iPhones
- Refurbished iPhones are covered by a 6-month warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
- Physical damage or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
Accessories
- Accessories purchased from ASCK do not have warranty coverage.
Repair Services
- All repairs handled by ASCK are backed by a 90-day warranty.
- The warranty covers the repaired components and workmanship.
- Please retain your repair receipt for warranty claims.
Exchanges and Returns
- Goods once accepted upon receipt cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty or defective.
- In the case of a faulty or defective product, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.
