2.1 We offer genuine Apple products and certified repair services. Availability of products is subject to stock levels.

2.2 All repairs are conducted by trained professionals using high-quality parts. However, repair outcomes depend on the condition of the device and are not guaranteed in all cases.

2.3 Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair. We are not liable for any data loss.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices displayed on our website or communicated in-store are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes.

3.2 Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase or before the collection of repaired items.

3.3 We accept payments via cash, mobile money, or credit/debit cards.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Proof of purchase is required.

4.2 Refunds for returned products will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary.

4.3 Services, including repairs, are non-refundable. If you experience issues with a repair, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

5. Warranty

5.1 New Apple products purchased from us are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product.

5.2 Repairs performed by us may include a limited warranty on parts and labor. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after the repair.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

6.2 In the event of negligence on our part, our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

7. Customer Obligations

7.1 Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders or requesting services.

7.2 Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion may be disposed of at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
