Brand New Apple Devices

• All brand new Apple devices purchased through ASCK are covered by a 1-year warranty.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
• Physical damage or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.

Ex UK Apple Devices

• Ex UK Apple devices come with a 3-month warranty.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
• Physical damage or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.

Refurbished iPhones

• Refurbished iPhones are covered by a 6-month warranty.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
• Physical damage or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.

Accessories

• Accessories purchased from ASCK do not have warranty coverage.

Repair Warranty

• All repairs handled by ASCK have a 90-day warranty.
• If you experience any issues related to the repair within this period, please contact us for assistance.
• The warranty covers the repaired components and workmanship.

Acceptance of Goods:

• Once you accept the delivered goods, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty or defective.
• We recommend carefully inspecting the products upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
