  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

2.2 Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

2.3 Shipping fees or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3.1 Fees for repair services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

4. Warranty Coverage

4.1 New Apple products purchased from us are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and conditions vary depending on the product.

4.2 Repairs conducted by us may include a limited warranty for parts and labor. This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or liquid damage after the repair.

  • Misuse or mishandling of the device.

4.3 Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened software, gift cards, and digital products.

  • Accessories or consumables that have been used (e.g., earphones, chargers).
